All the meats we serve come from farms where the animals are naturally raised, and not confined to factories or over packed breeding pens. None of the animals are given hormones or antibiotics.
Why is this important? It makes for better tasting, succulent flavors. Even more important, it’s healthier for you. It’s differences like this that separate us from our competition. The proof is in the taste of our Chicken, Steak and Lamb.
Another great example is our signature Garlic Aioli.
While there are competitors out there adding all sorts of things like mayonnaise, eggs, butter, shortening or even mashed potatoes to give their Garlic Sauces thickness and texture, we make our Aioli in-house, using four simple ingredients: garlic, olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s the true definition of an Aioli.
Yes, it takes more time and is a more involved process, but it tastes better and contains no additives or artificial preservatives, with a taste that can’t be beat. Our customers can tell the difference, and so we keep making this, as well as all of our sauces and salad dressings in house with the best ingredients we can find.
